이리 와
In the morning, my daughter usually sleep in so I get out of bed, leaving her behind.
When she wakes up, she finds out that I’m not beside her and shouts
민서: 엄마, 이리 와~~
mommy, come here
엄마: 그래, 엄마 갈게. yes, I’m coming.
그런데 엄마한테 그렇게 말하면 될까? 안 될까?
By the way, do you think it’s ok to talk like that to mommy?
민서: 엄마, 이리 오세요. mommy, please come here.
At night, when we go to sleep, she doesn’t like her daddy being around.
민서: 아빠, 저리 가! daddy, go away
엄마: 아빠한테 그렇게 말하면 안 되지.
You shouldn’t talk to your daddy like that.
민서: 아빠, 저리 가세요. daddy, please go away.

이리: Being different from 여기, 이리 contains the meaning of movement to a certain direction.
이리: toward where the speaker is
저리: the opposite direction of 이리, away from where the speaker is.
여기+로 =이리
저기+로=저리
This might not be directly related but reminded me of a question that I have while I was watching Korean drama:
Mom and daughter were in the daughter’s room. The daughter was angry with the mom for some reasons and wanted the mom leave the room and she said “좀 나가 주요.” - That’s what I heard.
Is that correct? How is this different from “나가세요.” ?

I listened to it again. It sounded more like “좀 나가 줘.”….

Yes, probably it’s 좀 나가 줘요 which means ‘please, go out (of this room)’
나가세요 is used to older people instead of 나가요
나가 주다=나가다+주다(보조동사 like in 사 주다, 봐 주다, 도와 주다, 들어 주다…)
나가다 나가 주다
나가요 나가 줘요
나가세요 나가 주세요
좀 is for ‘please or come on’
