					<description>Thank you clarifying the various meanings of 쓰다. 
It looks like for 1, 2 and 3 쓰다 is used as verb and for 4 it is used as adjective. Am I right? 
If so, it will be 써요 for 1, 2 and 3 polite informal form? And what will it be for no. 4?
We can also change it to nonce as 씀 or 쓴 것?</description>
